Our Covid project was to create a comfortable living space at the ranch. During the summer of 2020, we stopped at the yard to see the Container Homes at Quality Lease Services. The idea had immediate appeal because we were semi-rough camping. The immediate pluses were price, stability, rodent proof, secure and sound construction. It fit our purposes and provided better construction and more living space than a considerably more expensive tiny home. The homes were equipped with all the big appliances, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer/dryer and were even furnished!
Sal was infinitely patient with our shopping the various floor plans. We finally chose one that we will occupy immediately, with plans to create a large master bedroom from a conference room. The final floor plan will include 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a combined living, dining, kitchen area. Just what we wanted!
Structurally, these homes are heavy and SOLIDLY built on both the exterior and inside. We can attach anything we want to the walls. A family member, who bought a trailer to park at the ranch, said they wish they had seen our container home first. It is attractive for many reasons. Not least, it is more rodent proof than a mobile. That is very important in the country.
The folks at Quality Lease Services did their best to help us find the best fit for our needs. Their knowledge and service are outstanding. Sal replied promptly to emails, texts and phone calls. Amanda and the rest of the staff were also very helpful when needed. Everyone helped make delivery day a real celebration for us!Cliff Chapman & Pattye Henderson

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter as a testimonial for the container houses sold by Quality Lease Service. Last year I was looking for housing to replace the older mobile homes at my family's ranch in South Texas. They had been deteriorating for years, especially the floor. Mice were a constant problem.
As I was heading up Hwy 35, my girlfriend pointed over to the field of container houses. We wonder if they were for sale. We turned into the lot and asked. They did not usually sell them but rented them for oilfield housing. As luck would have it, there was one they would sell. I bought it and they delivered it to the ranch. My son, his family and friends loved it. Although it looks very industrial on the outside, the inside is very comfortable. They are extremely well built, well insulated and tightly sealed. "NO MICE"
The real bonus is Sal Aguinaga, the Asset Manager. He was very helpful in getting the unit outfitted just how I wanted. He always replied to my calls. We have been so happy that I am buying another one this year.
